Service Description
This class is for athletes looking to optimize their summer with a intense program. You must be in high school or college and have a strong strength and conditioning base to keep up. This class will be 2 hours long where we will do plyometrics and speed, strength training, and conditioning just the way college programs do their summer workouts. Be prepared to be pushed past your limits!
